The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the USA stated in an announcement made yesterday that it has decided to postpone 8 crypto ETFs. The deadline for the "Bitcoin + Ether ETF" linked to the Trump family, which has taken significant steps in the crypto space recently, has been pushed back to 45 days later. The final decision here will be made on October 8.

The institution also made a decision to postpone many XRP ETF applications. The XRP applications of Grayscale, CoinShares, Canary Capital, Bitwise, and 21Shares have also been postponed. The new date for these ETFs has also been set to October 19.

Additionally, Franklin Templeton's spot XRP ETF had also been previously postponed. The deadline here is also seen as November 5.

The decision time for Grayscale's Dogecoin and Coinshares' Litecoin ETFs has also been postponed to a later date. The final decision for the Litecoin ETF will be on October 23, while the time frame for the Dogecoin ETF is between October 2025 and January 2026.

Along with these, the decision to add staking to the 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF proposal has also been postponed, but the SEC's filing does not specify a definitive date for the final decision.

As a reminder, last week, the Solana spot ETF applications made by VanEck, 21Shares, and Bitwise were delayed, along with the Dogecoin ETF application made by 21Shares.
